Im quite easy to live with, out approx 12 hours a day, not a big party animal and believe in cleaning up after myself, so as to leave things nice for everyone else. I like pets and children so am super flexible on the vibe of the house as long as I can get some kip and use of a kitchen and bathroom all the rest is a bonus :-)
