Hi all, I’m Pulkit currently studying Marketing in Auckland.

I enjoy learning about branding, business, and consumer behaviour, and I am also interested in fitness, singing, public speaking, and meeting new people. I go to the gym regularly, enjoy creative projects, and like keeping a balanced lifestyle between study, work, and health. I’m looking for a place and flatmates that can feel like a comfortable home, not just a room. I am clean, respectful, easy-going, and mindful of shared spaces. I understand the importance of doing my part with cleaning, bills, and keeping the house peaceful and comfortable for everyone. My move-in date is after 14 July, and my budget is around NZ$200–$250 per week, depending on the room, location, and included expenses.

What I’m hoping for: • A clean and comfortable room, ideally with space for a desk
• Friendly, respectful, and chilled flatmates
• A furnished house is preferred, although I am flexible
• A calm home environment where everyone respects each other’s privacy and shared spaces

Locations Preferred : CBD, Mt Albert, Mt Roskill, Grafton, Eden Terrace, Newmarket, or nearby areas
