Hi, I am looking for a clean, well-maintained, and preferably furnished studio or one-bedroom apartment with parking in the Ponsonby/Grey Lynn area (or nearby). I am currently based in Albany and starting work at a construction company in Grey Lynn. I am tidy, and I love to keep everything clean due to my OCD. I can provide references from my landlords who can vouch for me. I am flexible on the budget if the property meets my expectations. I don’t drink, smoke, play loud music, or cause any disturbance. I am not interested in sharing accommodations as I prefer my own space, unless the roommate is extremely clean and organised. I’m looking for a tenancy of 6 to 12 months or more depending on my work.
