I will be focused on my PhD work, so I’m looking for a peaceful place where I can settle in, study, and maintain a good routine. I do not smoke, I have no children, and I’m happy to share common spaces responsibly. I’m looking for a private room near the University of Auckland or with good public transport access to the campus.
