I’m looking for a comfortable and respectful place to live in the Flat Bush / Ormiston area. I have been living in New Zealand for several years and currently work in a stable role in education. I’m easy-going, responsible, and keep a clean and tidy living environment. I don’t smoke, don’t drink, and keep a quiet routine (no late nights or parties). I usually cook simple Chinese meals and am mindful of shared spaces. I’m considerate, respectful of others’ privacy, and easy to communicate with.
