Hi, I’m Jon, 41 years old, working in construction project delivery. I’ll be based in Napier for an upcoming project and am looking for a clean, quiet place to stay during the week.

I’m a proud father and partner, with my family based in Auckland, and they’re a big part of what I do. I’ll be heading home most weekends, so during the week I’m really just after a comfortable, well-kept space where I can unwind and recharge after work.

I’m easy-going, respectful, and friendly, always up for a bit of a chat, but equally very mindful of people’s space and routines. I keep a tidy, organised lifestyle and take pride in looking after the space I’m staying in. I’m not a partier, more of an early-to-bed, early-to-rise type, especially when I’m working on site, but I’m always happy to enjoy a social beer at the end of a busy week.

I’m also animal friendly, so no issues at all if there are pets around.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping things simple, good routine, staying active, and making the most of time with family when I’m home.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place with a relaxed and respectful atmosphere, somewhere that feels like a calm retreat after a long day, with good people and an easy going environment.
