I’m looking on my own and will be moving to Rotorua for a 6-month fixed-term teaching role starting in May. I’m 34, quiet, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m a non-smoker, don’t have pets, and always pay rent on time.

I’m not a party person and prefer a calm, clean home environment. I’m friendly and happy to chat, but I also respect other people’s space and routines. Most of my time is spent working, going to church, walking/keeping active, and relaxing with some gaming.

I’d be a reliable and considerate flatmate who looks after shared spaces and communicates clearly.
