Hello, my name is Theresa. I am currently a PhD student at the University of Auckland, where I am also involved in teaching. My work and studies keep me focused and structured, so I lead a calm, responsible, and routine-oriented lifestyle. I am looking for a big clean ensuite room with atleast queen sized bed and wardrobe. As winter is approaching, I’d want heating available also. I run away from houses with old rugs. I take pride in maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organised living environment, and I am very respectful of shared spaces. I am considerate of others, especially when it comes to noise and maintaining a peaceful home atmosphere. I don’t drink, smoke, or party, and I value a quiet and comfortable space where I can rest and stay productive. I am ideally looking to live with like-minded people who appreciate a clean, respectful, and drama free relaxed home environment.
