Kia ora! My name is Jihyun Kim, a 24 years old Korean female on a Working Holiday Visa. I am currently working as a childcare centre teacher in Orewa and am looking for a place to move in at the end of June and planning to stay until March 2027. I am clean and tidy, and usually quiet and easygoing. I love having a walk at the beach and enjoying the sun. So I prefer somewhere close to the beach.
