Male 44, Recently separated from a very long term relationship (not bitter, just grew apart. So no drama). Have 2 kids 9-10 that may stay over some weekends (but the days are normally filled with sport and activities. So mostly just evenings at home). Away for work 1 week every 5 or 6 weeks. So you would get some quiet time. Full time employed and work most days on the road. And like to go to gym. So you would get the place to yourself regularly. Would require a reasonable sized room. Clean and tidy, respectful of others. Happy to keep to myself or be sociable. Honest and reliable. More than happy to do my share of the housework (but not 100% of it, even split.) Like a tidy house but i am not OCD.
