I am a 41-year-old mature Chinese Malaysian student at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology. I am currently looking for a single room to rent.

I do not smoke or drink, and I am a clean, tidy, and considerate tenant. I love animals and do not mind living with pets. I enjoy nature and usually keep a quiet lifestyle. I also cook simple and healthy meals only.

I am looking for accommodation close to bus stops with convenient access to Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology. My preferred rent is around or below $200. I will be available to view rooms in early July.
