My name is Nico, I recently moved to Wellington for a new full-time position working around Cuba Street. I’m a New Zealand permanent resident and currently looking for a long-term room or flat nearby.

I’m easygoing, clean, respectful and used to living with others. I work full-time, enjoy going to the gym, cooking, scuba diving, nature and keeping a relaxed and positive home environment.

Ideally I’m looking for a furnished place in Te Aro, Mount Cook, Mount Victoria or nearby areas. Parking or nearby parking would also be a bonus.

I’m available to move in soon and happy to come view the place anytime.
