Kia Ora, My name is Gabe. I moved here to study at the polytech but have had a really hard time finding housing so have had to withdraw for the time being. Looking for some other students and positive people to flat with so i can re-enroll in my course. Looking for somewhere asap. As am currently on benefit, any landlord/flatting agreement will need to be MSD registered in order for me to get bond and rent in advance approved.
