I’m looking for a furnished room, preferably with a private bathroom (flat or ensuite). I would also prefer something close to the CBD for convenience with study, work, and daily activities.

I enjoy a calm and tidy home environment, and I like having a good balance between socialising with flatmates and respecting everyone’s personal space.
