I’m 26 and I run my own business from my office on Cowan Street, ponsonby. I’m clean & not a fan of clutter. The kitchen is yours. I don’t cook. I eat out every day. Your oven will never meet me & the only thing I’ll leave in the fridge is extra space. Easy to live with. Social, but also don’t drink a whole lot. I work a lot. Out early, home late, Sunday to Friday. Mid-week, I’m a ghost flatmate. Shoes at the door, rent on time, zero sightings. Saturdays are free. Coffee, gym or beach, I’m in. What I’m looking for: Location, location, location. My office is on Cowan Street and my gym (AllFit) is one street over. I need to be close to those. A clean, well looked after house. Flexible on who I’m living with. Social but not big party people. Furnished room ideally. Not a dealbreaker. Everything else, I’m flexible. No car, so parking isn’t an issue.
