I’ll be straight, this will be my first time flatting, so I’m coming in without bad habits picked up from previous places. I’m studying mechanics at NorthTec so I’m out most of the day, I’m pretty self-sufficient, and I take shared spaces seriously. I’d rather communicate upfront about anything than let things become an issue. Looking for somewhere I can focus on my studies and be a decent, reliable flatmate.
