Hi there, full-time worker here looking for a warm room to rent weekly all expenses inc in either the Masterton/Carterton area or Greymouth/Featherston as soon as can be worked out. Happy to negotiate rent amount, if necessary. I am clean and tidy, respectful of others in the house and keep to myself mainly, but also don’t mind engaging in friendly chat and banter.
