I am a retired Chartered Accountant (63) who is looking for a room for me, my cat, and my guitars. I am having to move away from my abusive son in Wellington to Orewa where I have friends and family. I love cooking and cleaning for people (bit of a nana lol), am very friendly and caring, and looking for a safe place to land with good people. My property manager friend told me that pets can no longer be banned by landlords without good reason so I hope my cat would not be a problem.
