Hi, I’m a responsible, clean and quiet person with a full time job at a reputed architectural firm. I don’t smoke or drink. I work in the office 4 out of 5 days a week and my weekends are mostly quiet relaxation. I’m a very approachable person and I like making friends who share the same relaxed energy as me. I’ve been in New Zealand for almost 4 years and I really love this place and all the connections I’ve made here. I’m looking for a place preferably located within Parnell, or with easy bus access to Parnell, where I can relax and unwind in, allows me to cook my own meals and has a space for me to work from home once a week. I’m also looking to have a storage space for my belongings. So if there’s a garage or closet space within the building where I could store my bags, that would be ideal for me. I’m very organized and tidy so I always ensure that shared spaces are left clean at all times. I always pay my rent on time so I’m looking for a place that I can stay in while feeling safe and comfortable.
