Hey! I’m Ben, a 46 yr old sole trader running my own building company. I’m super chilled, relaxed, and really value having a quiet, respectful space to wind down. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out surfing or fly fishing. Ideally, I’m looking for a self contained studio, detached sleep out, or a place with a private kitchenette and ensuite. That said, I’m also completely open to sharing a house with another single guy or a couple, provided there’s an ensuite. Looking around the New Brighton, Shirley, Burwood, or St Albans regions to stay close to the coast and the outdoors
