I’m pretty easy to live with — clean, respectful, and quiet. I work full time as a steel fabrication foreman, so I usually keep to myself on weekdays and like coming home to a relaxed place after work. I always clean up after myself, respect other people’s space, and pay rent on time.
I’ve just moved to Christchurch from Auckland and I’m mainly looking for a comfortable, drama-free flat with good people. I get along well with others and like keeping the house environment chill and tidy.
