I am a Senior Engineer at Rocket Lab, and I am looking for a low maintenance place to stay for 6 months to a year. I have a small motorcycle and a Hiace van which I would need a place to park. I am usually up fairly early for the gym before work, and am rarely out late. I also own and rent out a property in the US and Dunedin so I appreciate having clean and respectful tenants. I have a fair amount of tools if you need any work done.
