Pete Sinclair

I am relocating to Christchurch to take up a one-year teaching position at Cashmere High School. As this is a fixed-term appointment, I am looking for a comfortable, fully furnished, and conveniently located place to live during my stay. I am a mature educator with extensive international experience, having lived and worked in several countries around the world. My professional passion is working with young people, particularly in the areas of leadership development, personal growth, and helping students build the skills and confidence they need for the future. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy writing, creative projects, travel, and outdoor adventure pursuits such as hiking and kayaking. Shared living has been a positive experience for me in the past. When I last lived in New Zealand, around 30 years ago, I found it to be a wonderful way to connect with people, become part of the local community, and enjoy the experience of living in a new country.
