Hey team, my friend Ben and I are searching for a third flatmate to join us at our new place at 185 Victoria Street in the CBD. Apartment is a three bedroom place, with a massive living area. The empty bedroom is $200, not huge but has a big wardrobe and will comfortably fit a queen and chest of drawers + space in the common area for a desk if you want. We are in our late 20s / early 30s and pretty social people. Typically hang out in the lounge together in the evenings, go to gigs and events, and occasionally have some friends round for drinks on weekends - so looking for someone who is keen to make some friends and fit that vibe! Move in date is on the 4th of July (flexible) but happy to catch up for a drink or coffee or something if you want to meet up and see if we would be a good fit.
