I am MD Nadim Mahmud, an international student from Bangladesh currently enrolled in the Master of Applied Business (Business Analytics) at Unitec, starting Semester 2, 2026. Back in Bangladesh, I worked as a top-level corporate executive, so I am a highly professional, disciplined and organised individual who understands the importance of mutual respect and shared responsibility in a living environment. I am a non-smoker and take cleanliness and tidiness very seriously. I keep common areas clean, pay rent on time, and believe in open and respectful communication with flatmates. I work hard during the day and value a calm, quiet home environment in the evenings. I am easy-going, friendly and considerate of others’ space and routines. I am here to focus on my studies and build a positive, harmonious living experience for everyone in the house. I would love to be part of a respectful and supportive flat environment and look forward to being a great flatmate!
