Ashvin Perera

My name is Ashvin Perera and I also go by Philip. I am 25 years old. I work full time at Wood Retirement Village and also do casual work as a support worker. I am generally not at home very often.

I am looking for a reliable flatmate to share a property with in a good location, where we can have a smooth and mutually respectful arrangement. I am friendly, I do not party and I do not invite friends over regularly. I would appreciate the same respect, so please check with me first before having guests over as everything works best when based on mutual consent.
