Kia ora, I’m Desiree. I’ve recently decided to move back to Tauranga and am looking for a calm, comfortable place to call home. I’m someone who’s very mindful of shared spaces — clean, tidy, respectful of people’s belongings, and easy to live with.
I’m currently working from home while helping build a new board games company, and I also volunteer at Tinkd Makerspace, so creativity and community are a big part of my life.
I’m friendly and social, but also really respect people needing their own space and downtime too, as I appreciate it myself. I’m definitely not a party person and much prefer a relaxed home environment. Overall I’m considerate, reliable, and easy to get along with.
Ideally I’d love to find either a self-contained unit/cottage/Home for myself or team up with the right people to start a new flat together. A garage or covered storage/workspace would also be amazing, as I’m gradually moving my belongings up from Wellington and it would save paying for my storage space down there.
