I am looking for a room to rent near UC. A little about me:

• Male (27)
• PhD student at the UC
• Non-smoker
• No pets
• Quiet, tidy, and respectful
• Good hygiene and no bad habits
• Mainly focused on study and research What I am looking for:
• A furnished single room with basic furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe, etc.)
• Within approximately 2–3 km of UC
• Preferred areas: Ilam, Upper Riccarton, Riccarton, Fendalton, and Sockburn
• Ensuite preferred
• Prefer not living with the landlord, but open to options
• No car park required Budget:
• Ensuite: NZD 250–300/week
• Non-ensuite room: NZD 200–250/week (including bills) I am a reliable long-term tenant. Please feel free to message me if you have a suitable room available.
