Hi! I’m moving from Auckland to Christchurch for a lifestyle change and am looking for a place to call home. I work remotely full-time as a Technical Analyst, so I have a steady income and a fairly regular routine.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I like keeping shared spaces tidy, pay rent on time, and am considerate of other people’s space and schedules. I’m social and friendly but also appreciate downtime and privacy.
