I’m a retired banker, currently living overseas and looking for a fully furnished independant living space in a house or apartment, close to public transport. I like a clean peaceful environment, fine wines, good food and a good laugh. I read a lot, enjoy the theatre and going for a long walk. I’m happy to be around animals and I’m especially fond of cats. All bills included in the rent please. A garden or near some greenery would be a plus.
