I am a recent civil engineering graduate who just recently got a job in Palmy and so I’m looking for a room. I don’t smoke and drink alcohol. I am open to roomies who do drink and smoke as long as they are not loud.

I prefer peace and quiet though I don’t mind a little music as long as it’s not too loud. I will respect my roommate(s) and would expect the same back.
