Hello, my name is Peace :) (my real name, not a pseudonym) I’m moving to Palmy from Auckland around mid-late Jan 2027 and starting my new grad job as a full time optometrist at the beginning of Feb!

I’m looking for a stable furnished flat to live in for ~1-2+ years

More about me:

• I’m from Taiwan, but have lived in NZ since I was 3

• I’m very introverted, I enjoy reading books, manga and manhwa, playing cozy games on my switch, drawing and collecting tamagotchi.

• I will probably stay in my room 90% of the time, but I also like to build good relationships with my flatmates (eg. board games, shared cooking etc)

• I do NOT drink, party, do drugs or smoke, and I am clean and tidy. I will unlikely bring any friends over.

• I am a Christian, so I’d love to find flatmates who are Christian as well, but I’m also accepting and respectful with all races and religions :)

• I am reliable with payments and live frugally (save water, electricity etc), plus will have a stable income.

• I love cats and pets and won’t mind helping out to take care of them if the flat has any.

Extras:

• I will likely buy a car at the end of the year, so parking is appreciated. But if the flat is close to the city (hence, easy to get to work), I might not need a car.

• I may or may not bring my pet cat (Happy) with me. She is 1 years old, indoor and fully litter trained, very well behaved and quiet. If I cannot find a flat that can take pets she can stay in Auckland with my family.
