32yo Professional working full time at a medical center in Takapuna, I’m looking for somewhere that’s more home than house. I have many diverse hobbies and interests, all dependent on how much time I have to spend on them. Currently not a lot with work. Mostly they’re nerdy things, but I do get out when given the opportunity I’m flexible on social arrangements. I can keep to myself or get involved with everyone, as is needed and wanted by everyone else. Comfort and respect of peoples schedules is important. My background in Nursing and my current job in a medical center mean I have had very thorough safety and security checks, so you can rest easy knowing that I have a clean record. I’m also smoke free, don’t drink much, and have literally never done drugs (Boring, I know)

Things that are important to me in a home are:

• Clear and respectful communication
• Regular cleaning habits or a fair chore system
• A functional, fully equipped kitchen
• A decent laundry setup and washing machine
• A bathroom setup where the toilet is separate from the shower/bathroom, if possible
• Low clutter in shared spaces
• Flat mates who are considerate, reliable, and respectful of shared spaces

I’m looking for a home to be close to my work and cut out over an hour of travel time each way. I’m also quite keen for a team-up and to set up with other people on here who are keen.
