I’m looking for a place just for myself. I work full-time and I’m also a student, so I keep a pretty busy but balanced lifestyle. I’m tidy, respectful, quiet, and easy to get along with. I enjoy staying active and regularly go to the gym, and I spend most of my free time studying, exercising, or enjoying the outdoors. I have excellent references available from employers, landlords, and housemates if required. I’m looking for a long-term home where I can settle in and be a reliable, considerate tenant.
