Hi everyone, I’m Elijah, a University of Oregon journalism/cinema student coming to Dunedin for a documentary field production internship from July 7 to about August 7. I’m looking for a furnished private room or short-term sublet for roughly one month. Ideally accessible by bus.

Budget is ideally around NZ$200-$300/week depending on whether bills are included. I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and will mostly be out filming/working. I’m specifically looking for a private room that can lock or a place where my belongings will be secure.

Happy to do a video call/walkthrough and provide ID, references, proof of internship, or pay a reasonable bond/rent in advance through a clear written agreement. Please message me if you have a room, sublet, or know someone who might.
