Hi, I’m 25 and currently a grad student working part-time, with a steady income. I mostly study from home, so I’ll probably be tucked away in my room a lot of the time, but I’m still friendly and always happy to have a chat. I’m clean, respectful, and reliable with rent and bills. I’m not really into partying at home but cbk dinners/yarns, so I’d be a good fit for a calm and friendly flat. I’m very considerate of shared spaces, easy to communicate with, and like keeping the home environment comfortable for everyone. I would appreciate/prioritise having an ensuite or private bathroom.
