Hi there! I’m looking for a clean and tidy space to call home, preferably unfurnished, self contained or with own bathroom, but I am open minded and very flexible, budget negotiable for the perfect place. I am a sociable, easy going person, who does enjoy their own space and is mindful of others in their own spaces too, but love to be comfortable at home and have a catchup with the roomies after work etc. Animal lover, but have none of my own right now. I am financially secure and goal oriented, I have been working at the University of Waikato Tauranga Campus for 3+ years since I moved to Tauranga, and study part time. My interests outside of work are study/reading, studying languages, gardens, creative arts, cooking, overseas travel (just returned from Japan) and healthy living. I love to get out for daily walks, love a hike when i can get out there, swimming, and the outdoors. I train and play softball over the summer months. Previous homeowner, so place value on how to care for and respect property. I do have 2 sons, my eldest (20yrs) is independent and thriving, in his last year of study at Otago University, currently on a semester exchange at Tokyo University before returning to finish his degree down South. My youngest is 15yrs old and lives with his dad, happily settled at Papamoa College. He may like to visit occasionally, but not often as he has his friends and a great setup at his dads- we have a very amicable relationship and I am able visit my son there anytime or stay there if dad needs a night away. I have built a small but supportive friend group here, but prefer to keep my homespace peaceful and to myself most of the time. I have fantastic professional and current rental references if needed.
