[WANTED] Room in central Methven from July to end of September Hi everyone,

I’m Marco from Shanghai, China. I recently completed my Master’s degree and left a five-year job, now taking a gap year – first stop: skiing at Mt Hutt. I’m looking for a furnished room in central Methven (easy walking to shops/bus), with kitchen, heating, and WiFi.

About me:

· Non‑smoker, non‑drinker, no parties – very quiet and routine‑driven

· After skiing, I cook simple meals, call family, and do stretches – no disturbance to housemates

· Happy to join occasional socials and share culture (I’ve been an international exchange student twice, each time for 5 months – I respect different lifestyles)

· Responsible and caring – I once rescued a sick stray cat and still look after him (can’t bring him this time, though)

Practicalities:

· Available from July to end of September (flexible on exact dates)

· Cannot view in person (currently in Shanghai), but happy for video call

· Ready to pay bond + first week rent in advance upon confirmation
