Room for rent near University of Waikato in Hamilton

Hi everyone!

I am an international student from India arriving in Hamilton at the end of June to start my Master’s degree at the University of Waikato. I am looking for a room for rent and would love to find something suitable!

A bit about me:

• 39-year-old male • Single, non-smoking • Calm, disciplined, and easy to get along with • Here to focus on my studies, so I value a quiet and peaceful home

• Keep to myself most of the time, but always open to a friendly chat

What I’m looking for:

• Location: Near the University of Waikato (or easily accessible by bus) • Budget: $180 - $220 NZD per week • Move-in date: 2nd July • Food: Looking for a place that includes food/meals • Preference: Non-smoking household
