Hi there, My wife and I are moving from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to Auckland around 17 August 2026 and we’re interested in your room. My wife will be working in Browns Bay and I have extensive experience in hospitality and operations management and will be looking for work after arrival. We’re a married couple, non-smokers, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. We appreciate a calm, clean and friendly home environment. I’m also a very hands-on person and happy to contribute around the home if helpful. I enjoy cleaning, housekeeping, gardening, basic household tasks and helping with day-to-day maintenance. If there is any opportunity to assist with these kinds of tasks in exchange for reduced rent or as part of the living arrangement, I’d be very open to discussing it — but we are also happy with a standard rental arrangement. We would especially love a quiet home and would feel comfortable living with older homeowners or retirees.
