Description

Hi team,

My name is James and I am 56 years old. I am semi retired from the welfare sector over 30 years. Homelessness, disabilities, alternative education, juvenile justice, criminal justice, care and protection, offshore detention centres Nauru 🇳🇷 and Papua 🇵🇬, residential care, child protection services etc. I am looking for a place where I can just jump on my bike and go for a fish. My kids all live in Australia and Ive decided to be closer to my mum here in Christchurch as she gets older. I am looking for a place to have my own independence to. If you have any questions for me, please feel free to reach out.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
