My name is Lucas Christiansen, and I have been living at my current rental property for the past 8½ years. During that time I have always paid my rent on time, looked after the property, and maintained a good relationship with my property manager.

I am looking for a place that I can call home long-term and would treat your property with the same care and respect that I have shown at my current address.

I also have a 4-year-old dog named Smudge. He is well-behaved, friendly, and an important part of my family. I understand that having a pet can be a concern for some landlords, so I am happy to provide references for both Smudge and my current property manager.
