Hi,

I’m Nima, a mature civil/structural engineer moving to Wellington to join my wife, who is currently studying at Victoria University.

I’m respectful, tidy, easy-going and considerate of other people’s space. I enjoy a quiet lifestyle and spend most of my time reading, learning new things, exploring the city and focusing on my professional goals.

I have over 20 years of professional experience and am currently settling into New Zealand and looking for engineering opportunities. I’m financially prepared for my move and can provide any additional information if required.

I am a light smoker, but I only smoke outdoors and always respect house rules regarding smoking.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly place to live and would be happy to share with students or professionals who value a respectful and relaxed household.
