We are a mature, responsible, and friendly couple (36 and 32 years old). I am currently a full-time student at a language school, and my wife is on a work visa and actively looking for employment. Back home, I have over a decade of professional experience as an engineer and my wife has professional experience as an account manager, so we are financially very stable and reliable.

We are very clean, organized, and quiet flatmates who always respect others’ privacy and take great care of the place we live in. We don’t smoke, have no pets, don’t party, and are looking for a nice, long-term place to settle into.
