I am looking for a lovely furnished room (double /queen) to move into as I am relocating to Napier to start a new full-time job. While my family remains at our home base, I will be living independently during the week for work. I plan to return home for the school term breaks and, budget permitting, as many weekends as possible. Since I will be away during the school holidays, I would be very grateful if we could work out a retention fee to keep the room during those periods. I’m open to your offers on this!
I will be leaving my two cats at our family home, so I have a soft spot for animals. I am looking for a mid-to-long term stay (e.g., a few months to six months, with the possibility of staying longer), depending on how we find living together. Having lived and traveled in various countries, I naturally understand the rhythms of a shared house. I appreciate the quiet comfort of everyone having their own space, while always being happy to welcome an easy conversation in the kitchen or handle any household matters with an open mind. I maintain a quiet and routine lifestyle. I value a reliable, tidy environment and always clean up after myself in shared spaces.
