My name is Iara, and I’m from Argentina. I’m 32 years old, a non-smoker, and I currently work in Frankton full-time. I’m very interested in the room and was wondering if there might be any flexibility on the price.

I’m a quiet, respectful, clean, and responsible person. I have a stable job in Frankton, so I spend most of my time working. I’m also on a Working Holiday Visa, which has only recently started, so I’m planning to stay in New Zealand for quite some time and am looking for short or long-term accommodation.
