Hi there, I’m looking for a short-term rental in Queenstown for 2 to 3 months and would like to briefly introduce myself.

I’m an experienced, passionate skier here solely for the ski season. I have my own car for transport. I’m an extremely tidy and clean person with great living habits. I do not smoke and have no pets.

I keep a quiet, regular schedule and won’t make loud noise to disturb neighbours. I take good care of all furniture and appliances in the house and will pay rent on time without delay. I’m reliable with a steady income.

I spend most of my days out on the slopes, so I’m rarely home. I barely cook, which means no heavy cooking grease or mess inside. If any maintenance issues come up, I will contact you promptly. I will fully deep clean the property and restore everything to its original condition before moving out.

I’m easy-going and easy to communicate with. Hoping to find a suitable place to stay, looking forward to your reply!
