Hi, I recently moved to Christchurch from Auckland for work purposes. I have been living in Auckland for the past three years on a rented room in a house and totally understand the values of a land-lord, other tenants and other’s private space. I’m in my late 20’s very tidy person and enjoy social gatherings with other mates occasionally as well as enjoy my own quite space.
