We are a couple moving to Hamilton, NZ in Jan 2027. Looking for a room to rent. My wife is a full time student (Nursing) and I am gonna be working full time. We are super chill, quiet and respect personal spaces. Non smokers and drink occasionaly. Not party animals. Respectful of the property and looking for long-term stay (atleast 2 years).
