Kia ora! I’m Prem, a Master of FinTech and Investment Management student starting at Lincoln University this July. I’m relocating from India and looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly place to stay near campus. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with — happy to split chores and keep common areas sorted. Outside of study, I enjoy cooking, casual gaming, and working on personal tech projects. I’m a non-smoker, reliable with rent, and looking for a stable long-term living situation while I focus on my studies.
